At Print Lab, we want you to love your custom fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any items that don't meet your expectations. Whether it is a sizing issue or a change of heart, our team is dedicated to making your exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Print Lab account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all custom tags are still attached to the items.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our lab inspects the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
